Food is my passion and has been for as long as I can remember. I’ve worked in food myself in various forms in the past and I’m qualified in catering.
My other passion is sport and fitness.
In the past these two things clashed rather than complementing each other, and I’d often go straight from the gym to the local fried chicken shop and, if I was honest with myself back then even though I was playing football weekly, cycling and visiting the gym every week, I didn’t look or feel like a fit and healthy person.

Unlocking Potential
& still enjoying the odd takeaway
A few years ago, I decided my diet was the thing that was holding me back from unlocking my potential.
Since learning about nutrition, I’ve learned about my own body and how to eat to feel good and also support my goals. I’ve also gone through my own body recomposition and seen massive improvement to my health, mood, skin and general happiness.
The best part of this is I can still enjoy the occasional takeaway, but I have learnt how to make this balance and not undo all the good work in elsewhere.

I trained in science based nutrition through the BTN academy. As a nutrition coach, I want to coach my clients to help them understand nutrition and what a dramatic impact it can have on their health, wellbeing, skin and all aspects of their life.
Through working with my clients I want to remove any confusion they may have developed through the bombardment of conflicting nutrition advice in the health industry by explaining how nutrition works in simple terms. Most importantly, I want working with my clients to be an enjoyable experience for them.
I want to help them achieve their goals through our personal training sessions, monitoring their progress and setting realistic achievable goals. Their well-being and health will be my absolute priority.

Do I need to be a member of a gym to take up FeelGood coaching?
No, the coaching will be completely bespoke to the individual, we will discuss exercise within the coaching but it is not compulsory. I can tailor exercise plans for both in the home, outside the home and in the gym!
Everything is tailored for you as an individual.
Are the appointments face to face or virtual?
The online plan will be done via zoom and E mail. With the hybrid and transformation plan you will visit the FeelGood studio in Manchester.
How do I pay?
The preferred payment method is an online bank transfer or via ‘go cashless’. I require payment ahead of each month block.
I have a good intolerance/specific diet such as vegan, is this still for me?
Absolutely, the coaching is completely catered to the individual. We can take any food requirements you have and work with them.
I’m not interested in exercise. I am purely interested in achieving my goals through diet. Is this right for me?
Absolutely. We will develop a plan to achieve your goals which primarily focuses on nutrition.
How flexible can I be with my appointments?
I will always aim to be as flexible as possible and move appointments where required. Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to change an appointment.
