Real-life transformations
To have a bit of fun (and to celebrate their hard work of course!) I decided to take a few of my clients on a professional photoshoot. I see these glitzy, perfectly lit photoshoots a lot online, particularly on social media, and asked Laura, Josh and Chris if they’d like to join me on one as I thought it looked like fun.
To accompany their photos, Laura, Josh and Chris have also been kind enough to let me publish a few of their images alongside a small write up about their experiences at FeelGood (so far!). Enjoy!
Meet Tony
Tony’s transformation
Yes, Tony as in me. Where better to start.
I didn’t used to look or feel particularly healthy, although I was passionate about sport and fitness, I would often go straight from the gym or football to get a take-away. How I treated fitness and nutrition was all over the place.
After deciding that it was my diet that was holding me back, I trained in science-based nutrition through the BTN academy. Pairing this knowledge with everything I’d learned about strength and fitness is where FeelGood Coaching & Nutrition started.
Meet Laura
Laura’s transformation
I was getting married in a year, and I wanted to be in the best shape of my life. As a chronic yo-yo dieter and someone who didn’t particularly enjoy strength training, I was hesitant.
Tony was the first personal trainer who really listened to me, asked me about my goals, my fitness history, and my lifestyle. Then, we came up with a plan together that would work for me. Most importantly, Tony kept me motivated throughout my entire fitness journey – even sometimes resorting to bribing me with a prize if I hit my weekly step count!
Fast-forward to now and I am so proud of what I was able to achieve. I lost weight, gained muscle, and improved my overall fitness (including being able to do an unassisted pull-up) and I felt amazing on my wedding day.
Meet Josh
Josh’s transformation
I’ve been working with Tony to increase strength and general fitness.
He provides bespoke training plans which I can access through an app and do at the gym in my own time, and I also have a monthly session at his studio which is great for checking form and monitoring progress.
Tony is very encouraging and always available if I have a question. I’m looking forward to seeing further progress!
Meet Chris
Chris’s transformation
I’ve been working with Tony for almost a year. My aims are to reduce body fat, build muscle and increase my general strength and fitness level. I have two sessions per week at his studio, plus a home workout, which Tony directs and adjusts to suit progress and my aims.
I’ve haven’t had a PT before, but have found the whole experience to be really positive. Tony is great to work with – he’s super-friendly, knowledgeable and offers just the right amount of challenge / encouragement.
I’m really pleased with the results so far.
