A plan that works with you…

We are currently offering three plans to suit your budget and requirements.

The Hybrid Plan is ideal for those who enjoy working out by themselves but need some structure and guidance for their training programme and nutrition to achieve their goals.

1:1 Personal Training includes two weekly visits to the studio where I will work with you on your new training programme and work on form, intensity and push you to achieve your goals.

The Transformation Plan is for those who are wanting to make a dramatic change to their lives. You will visit the studio three times per week where I will take your training and nutrition to the next level. I will be on hand around the clock to help you achieve your goals.

Group Coaching is a cost effective and fun option if you have someone or two people you would like to train with. After recently extending the studio, I am now able to provide 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 small group private coaching in the studio.

If I haven’t got a plan to suit your exact requirements, I can work with you to create something that works. Plus, additional PT sessions can also be bolted on to the three plans.

The FeelGood Group Plan

Want to train as a 2 or 3?

Group Coaching

After recently extending the studio, I am now able to provide 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 small group private coaching in the studio.

All the benefits of the 1:1 Personal Training Plan: you will receive the same 121 support, nutritional guidance and coaching outside of the studio but can share the studio time with friends or family members with similar goals.

This is a cost effective and fun option if you have someone or two people you would like to train with.
