I offer science and psychology based personal training programmes to suit your personal preference. This is available both online and in person, using my private gym in Stretford for a one-to-one client experience.
This is ideal for people who are new to the gym looking for a private space to perfect their squat, deadlift or pull ups in the comfort of the studio.
Each package includes a completely bespoke exercise and diet plan designed for the long term, as well as ongoing tailored mentoring support.

Over the last few years, I have improved my own health and fitness using nutrition and resistance training. For me, this taught me that exercise and nutrition is a very personal journey and you have to find the right methodology that works for you.
Rather than adopt a ‘one size fits all’ approach, or purchase well-known weight loss clubs or diet packages, I will work with you to find a holistic and personalised approach, that not only fits your lifestyle but will allow you to see results whilst enjoying the process.
